REMOTE ACCESS

To access Remote Desktop Connection and Save to Desktop:

1. Click Start

2. All Programs

3. Accessories

4. Remote Desktop Connection

For the username, type in: ats-inc\your username.

Example for username: johnsm = ats-inc\johnsm

1. Type in “atscmn-ts01v.ats-inc.com” and click, “Show Options,” then click “Save As.”

   

2. If using two displays select the Display tab and check the ‘Use all my monitors’ box.

   Launch the Remote Desktop and enter your user login password to access. NOTE: Printing and Scanning will not be available.
